We had a wonderful Christmas. We woke up early so that we could open our presents before going to church.

Here is what Santa brought for Kaden. The mattress and bedding actually came from Skyler and I, but we didn’t want to wrap it so we set it out with Santa’s stuff.

Here is what Santa brought for Avery. She has been wanting a Lalaloopsy doll for a long time!

This is our Christmas tree before we opened all of our presents.

We visited my family and opened our presents there. The kids got a lot of fun stuff. So did Skyler and I. My mom gave us a beautiful picture of the Mount Timpanogos Temple. I will post some pictures of it later.

Following our visit with my family we went to Skyler’s grandma and grandpa Stephenson’s house for dinner.

Skyler wanted to take a picture of Avery in her pretty Christmas dress. Kaden decided that he needed to be in the picture too.

When we got done at Skyler’s grandparents house we went over to his mom’s house to open our presents there. Skyler’s mom gave us a trip to Florida, as a whole family, and a cruise to the Bahamas. (More to come about that soon)

We had a wonderful Christmas. Thanks to everyone who made it such a wonderful day!

On Valentine’s Day this year Grandma Christiansen and Nicole brought Avery and Kaden down to my classroom for our party. They had lots of fun!

That night Skyler took us out to Pizza Pie Cafe for dinner. We had a fun day!
