The Call Family

One of the gifts Skyler and I gave Avery for her birthday was a ticket to go to a play at Hale Center Theater in Orem. You have to be four to go see a play there and since Avery is now four we wanted to take her out on a date with just mom and dad.

We took Avery out to Chili’s for dinner then went to the play.

The play we saw was “Seussical The Musical”. We sat on the front row and Avery loved it! We had a very fun date night with our sweet little girl.

Avery is FOUR!

We woke up early in the morning for her to open her presents before Skyler went to work. Her favorite present was her Rapunzel dress.

Avery also got posters from the movie “Tangled”, some preschool workbooks, and a “Tangled” puzzle.

This year Avery had her very first friend party. She wanted a “Tangled” party. My dad helped me to make this tower for the girls to play in. I think it turned out really well.

I also made Avery a Rapunzel wig. I took pictures of all of the girls in the tower with the wig on.

While I was taking the pictures the girls were drawing on the wall just like Rapunzel.

After pictures and drawing on the wall we played “Pin the Frying Pan on Flynn Rider”.

When we were done with that we made paper lanterns and had cake and ice cream, I forgot to take pictures of the rest of the party. Avery had a great time and the party was a success!

Janelle, Avery, and Kaden met me at a nearby park during my lunch break. Kaden wasn’t too interested in eating. He had his mind elsewhere. Watch the video below.
