The Call Family

It’s hard to believe that Kaden is almost one. This past year has gone by so fast. My little boy is growing up. He has learned how to do so many things.

• Kaden has four teeth, which he uses to eat lots of food. Kaden is a big eater,  you can’t tell by looking at him, he loves food.
• Kaden can crawl really fast and can pull himself up to things to stand up. He has even tried to stand up in the middle of the room without holding on to anything. He has been able to get halfway up before falling back down. I am sure he will be walking in no time!
• Kaden can say many things: momma, dada, abry (Avery), some (when he wants more), up, Yeah! (When he gets something he wants), Yum!, and he makes lots of noises for other things.

Skyler and I took him out last week to take pictures for his birthday announcement. Here are just a few of them.

He was not happy about having his picture taken.

He just wanted mommy to hold him.

We were finally able to get a good one of him smiling. He has such a cute smile!

Skyler wanted to get some pictures of him holding onto a chain link fence. Kaden would not do it unless I was holding him. I tried to lean back as far as I could so Skyler could just crop me out in post processing.

This is one of Kaden’s cheesy smile faces. I love his scrunched nose!

This is typical Kaden, always trying to climb as high as he can so he can be closer to all of the big people.

We taped two of his fingers together to distract him and get him to sit still. It worked really well.

I love the concentration.

Kaden was happiest when being held by mommy or daddy. Oh and playing with his car.

This is one of Skyler’s favorite things to do with Kaden, it scares me to death!

We had a great time taking pictures of our little boy. We are so grateful to have him in our lives. He is so easy going and so much fun to have around. He always keeps us smiling. We love you Kaden!
