Cornbelly’s
by Janelle Call on Oct.25, 2009
We took Avery to Cornbelly’s at Thanksgiving Point a couple of weeks ago. She loved it! I had taken her to the Women’s Expo a while back and they had a booth for Cornbelly’s which had a pumpkin princess carriage. Ever since she saw that she has been begging me to go. This is her sitting in the carriage, doesn’t she look so excited?

At Cornbelly’s they had a Pumpkin Princess Playland, which is where the carriage was. They had tons of princess dresses for the little girls to dress up in and then they got to look at themselves in the mirror and get a crown and a wand. Avery was in heaven. She enjoyed admiring herself in the mirror. They also had scarecrows that you could dress up in the princess dresses. Avery dressed one up and then insisted on hugging all of them before we could leave that area.

Right next to the Princess Playland they had a play area with slides and swings and all sorts of fun things. Avery had fun on the slide.

We found a kiddie corn maze and thought we would try it out. We were not going to go through the big corn maze with Avery because it would take way too long and she would lose her patience easily. We started through the kiddie corn maze and were completely amazed at how big it was. We got through maybe a third of it and found an emergency exit and left to go do something else.

They had this really cute train that took you on a ride. Avery loved it. This is Avery and her daddy riding on the train.

They had so much fun stuff there. I think we are going to make it a family tradition and go every year!
